Twin Cities PADS Homeless SHelter offers a Valentine's Weekend Winte Tasting Extravaganza at Kapp's Banquet Hall, 201 W. First Street, Rock Falls. 

The doors open at 6 pm.  The Little Owl Shoppe in Prophetstown will supply the wine from local and national wineries.  There will be live entertainment, raffles and catered cuisine from local eateries and grocers.  Tickets are $25 each or $40 for a couple.
