Formerly known as the "Rock River Country Club", this beautiful 18-hole, par 70 course went public in 2010. Now known as "Rock River Golf and Pool" it features 5,920 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70 . The course rating is 68.5 and it has a slope rating of 121 on Rye grass. This course opened in 1913 with the first 9-holes and expanded to 18 holes in 1968.
New owners are in the process of updating the clubhouse, pool and adding other amenities, as well as, improving the grounds for a great golfing experience.

This 18-hole, Par 72 course at the Deer Valley features 6,415 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71 . The course rating is 70.7 and it has a slope rating of 124 on Blue grass. Designed by Dave Johnson, the Deer Valley golf course opened in 2001. Multiple courses available.
This 9-hole, par 35 course was built on rolling terrain and features wide-open fairways. A creek, many trees, and a few ponds can affect your shots. There is an additional men's tee that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round. The course is under new ownership with a newly remodeled clubhouse featuring fireplace, new bar, healthy food snack bar and banquet facilities with a large gas grill.

This 18-hole, par 72 tree lined course was built on basically flat terrain, but there is an occasional mound that can cause uneven lies. The small greens are undulating and difficult to read. There are water hazards on many holes, and sand bunkers throughout the entire course. The beautiful scenery creates a very pleasant atmosphere for golfing. The course is a part of the Sterling Park District. A very beginner friendly course.

This short 9- hole, par 34 course has numerous trees lining its fairways. The terrain is rolling and there is a creek that comes into play several times. The ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men. There are additional tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.
