A Rock Falls Tradition Since 1988 Celebrating 30 years!

November 16th-18th 2017

This annual winter time festival is held in the Rock Falls IL Uptown District. Hometown Holidays kicks-off with the lighting of the Lovelight Tree and reading of the memorial names. Highlighting businesses and community organizations, the festival also promotes general civic pride. Thousands line the street each year to enjoy treats and entertainment on Friday evening, followed by a parade on Saturday.  The beautiful live Christmas trees will be lined up and decorated by local businesses, families and organizations on 1st Street, next to Bowman Park in Rock Falls during Hometown Holidays and throughout the Christmas season.
