Depending on where you live, the weather might allow for some great camping nearly year-round. If you choose to bring your dog along, however, there are some considerations to make, including ensuring he doesn’t suffer from heatstroke and that he is protected from ticks and other pests.
There’s a lot to think about before embarking on a camping trip, and of course safety is a priority. Think about the area you’ll be visiting and how best to ensure that your dog will benefit from what you pack, as well as potential hazards such as open flames and injuries. With some careful planning, you can make sure your trip goes off without a hitch.
